Description

We acquired the freehold interest of this terrace of three intercommunicating warehouses on behalf of a consortium of owner occupier / investor clients from Henderson Global Investors in March 2010.

The property was being marketed to let but we negotiated the freehold acquisition, subject to obtaining planning permission for extension of the permitted hours of use and extension of the permitted B8 use to incorporate B1c, B2 and B8 uses.

The property has a 5.5 metre eaves height, three phase electricity and six full height electrically operated loading doors.

Following the acquistions we went on to market the space that was not required for our client's own occupation.
