Our client Ripmax plc had been in occupation of this property for many years by way of a lease from the London Borough of Enfield and wished to secure its property asset for the long term.  Following extensive negotiations with London Borough of Enfield, Gilmartin Ley agreed a deal on behalf of the client for the acquisition of the freehold interest in April 2013.

The property comprises three warehouse / design & distribution buildings.  The buildings occupy a site of around 1.11 acres.
