Following a recommendation by their accountant, Beattie & Co and having successfully identified and negotiated the acquisition of their first UK office in Central London in January 2011 Creativ-Ceutical contacted Gilmartin Ley about their expansion plans and requirement for a larger Central London office.
Following consultation, Gilmartin Ley identified the area of search, which later was varied following a change in our client's search criteria, shortlisted a number of options and negotiated the terms for the lease acquisition of the preferred property.
The acquisition completed in June 2013.
