Gilmartin Ley were selected by Backgrounds Prop Hire, following a "beauty parade" in which we were in competition with several other commercial property agents.  The selection process was fairly detailed and involved references from other clients being provided.

We evolved a specification of the requirement in discussion with the client and then produced a shortlist of potential properties in the area the client had specified.  We inspected the properties jointly with the client and once Unit 40, Brewery Rd had been identied as the preferred option, we negotiates the terms of a new lease.

The lease was acquired in December 2012.
