The property is located in Tottenham on the west side of Tariff Road in the core Northumberland Park industrial area of Inner North London.
Following a recommendation from Barclays Bank, we were instructed by leading London fork lift truck and electric van hire company Hiremech Ltd to advise them on acquiring alternative larger premises to meet their expansion needs.
As a result of the staffing requirements of the client, the area being considered was fairly specific.
We identified suitable larger premises very close to their existing building and negotiated the terms for the lease acquisition.
The acquisition completed in February 2011.
