Gilmartin Ley initially advised one of the two Joint Venture partners in negotiating the Joint Venture Agreement with the other Joint Venture Partner. Gilmartin Ley were subsequently instructed by the JV Partnership, Chaseside Developments, to let the retail units on the ground floor.
Gilmartin Ley secured anchor tenant Tesco who took c. 4,000 sq ft on a 15 year lease at a starting rent of £73,000 pa. The other units were let to a variety of tenants including the Metropolitan Police.
